Refund policy

Return Period

At HijamaShop, we apply a return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason. After that, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.


How to Return

Please contact us at info@hijamashop.eu with your order ID. We handle each return individually and will provide you with an RMA number and return address. Returns without a valid RMA number may not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HijamaShop is not liable for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, the purchase amount — excluding original shipping costs — will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.


Defective Products

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@hijamashop.eu. Your claim will be reviewed under our limited warranty.
